Our piri piri spice is fiery blend of garlic, salt, chilli, onion, basil and cayenne pepper, a little goes a long way and can be used to add spicy heat to meat, poultry and fish dishes. You can add it to olive oil and drizzle on the top of dish prior to cooking, or use it to fire up your dishes as a dry rub or wet marinade, adding flavour to poultry, fish, meat and vegetables.
