Such a wide spread has resulted in coriander finding its way into the cookbooks of many parts of the world, becoming an essential ingredient in salads, curries, tagines, and rice dishes. Our ground coriander is ethically sourced from only the very best growers, and has an enticing aroma. So enticing, in fact, that you'll be tempted to use lots of it all at once - be careful, as it can quickly becoming overpowering.
