Coriander – known widely in the USA as cilantro – is a delicious herb found across southern Europe, northern Africa, and south-western Asia. Such a wide spread has resulted in coriander finding its way into the cookbooks of many parts of the world, becoming an essential ingredient in salads, curries, tagines, and rice dishes.

Our coriander seeds are ethically sourced from only the very best growers, and has an enticing aroma. So enticing, in fact, that you’ll be tempted to use lots of it all at once – be careful, as it can quickly becoming overpowering. Better off to use it often and sparingly – but that’s just our advice! You can grind them up for use as a powder or keep them whole as a delicious addition to roasting vegetables and bread dough.
